The Lightest Shade of Aflooton” (2017) Schwules Museum, Berlin, Germany

Keith King and I began in 2015 visually documenting the diversity of Uganda’s “kuchu” (LGBT) community. This has resulted in the production of hundreds of photographs. A selection of this work appeared in “The Lightest Shade of Aflooton” at the Schwules Museum in Berlin, Germany. The exhibition focused on the experiences of queer refugees. Click here to view a selection of images from 2016.
